The customer's package was stolen/lost in transit. What should you do?
If your package's tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate it, check around your property, lobby, or mailroom. Reach out to neighbors in case someone accepted the package on your behalf or if it was misdelivered. We recommend waiting one to two business days to see if the package is redelivered by the carrier. If it remains missing or undelivered after two business days, please contact your local post office directly to file a claim. You can file a claim with your local courier by providing your tracking information. After filing a claim, wait for their response before reaching out to us. Scalpifay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages with confirmed delivery to the address provided for an order.
